Optisorter Horizontal

The Horizontal Optisorter sorts a wide variety of products such as flyers, envelopes, apparel, bags, boxes, irregular shaped products, shoes and many more, all in the same equipment.

Based on the pusher tray technology, it can sort from small items such as business cards to items weighing 32 kg and measuring from 50 x 50 1 up to 850 x 650 x 450 mm (WxLxH). The Sorting speed can reach up to 15,000 trays/hour depending on tray size and machine configuration. The induction of the products can be done manually or automatically. There are different types of exits/chutes depending on the application of the system.
